Excessive watery discharge

So I just want to make mention that I was diagnosed with a simple ovarian cyst to which I've been recently treating with a birth control , lindynette 20.

Now I've seen where this week my labia(outer flesh) was swollen. It wasnt painful but slightly uncomfortable. As the swelling reduced i saw that i had really running clear discharge. I plan on seeing my Gynae for a check up but I'd like to know if you girls experienced any of this and what you were advised.It didnt come with a foul smell it just smelt like how I usually do after a shower .
