What is wrong with my body??

Can someone help me I’m currently 11dpo and having quite a bad cramps like I have during my period and I have been feeling nausea every evening since 2 or 3 days ago. I took a test on 10dpo and got bfn. What is wrong with me?? Should I worry absolutely this?? My husband said I’m too obsess with glow app.

I was feeling like this. I kept getting bfns. I started 2 days late.  still nauseous... come to find out my daughter has the flu....i think i may be getting it... maybe you're coming down with something on top of your menstral symtoms OR maybe you're pregnant and just gotta wait little longer for BFP!😁

2 things. It could be implantation cramps. A test now is pointless. You need to implant first, then ur body releases HCG, then a pregnancy test detects it. 
Other hung, is it could be nothing. It could be gas, food, or a uti even. I wouldn’t stress too much. Give it a few days and test again. Good luck x
