Another bfn... starting to give up hope...

I’ve been on metformin for three months now and really feel that my hormones have been balancing out and I definitely ovulated Jan 16. Had several bd before during and after. I’ve had swollen tender nipples since the 17th and have felt different that usual. Breasts have had more aches and pains as if growing the last day or so( 27th). On the 21/22/23rd I had lots of bloating and cramps and had a temp drop( no spotting that I saw). Temp went back up the next day. A few days ago I was totally convinced I was pregnant, but now I feel like I’m trying to ovulate again... wth! My cm was lots of watery off and on and then started to kinda dry up, but then today it’s back to watery and kinda slippery. I just want to know!
