No guidelines given for ttc after mc

I had my first MC in December 2014. I had my second MC in April. When I went to my doctors appointment when I found out I had a second miscarriage my doctor seemed surprised saying I had my first miscarriage not too long ago even though it was five months apart. Well after my second MC they didnt put me on any restrictions for trying again. Im not sure what I am supposed to do and I think that its odd they didnt say anything for having 2 miscarriages.

ANY advice?
