Pregnant teen

**UPDATE:

The girl is pregnant. She hasn’t told anyone yet. The dad plays baseball with my boyfriend and told him. Apparently both his and her parents are happy and ready to help.

When I was a freshmen in high school I got pregnant and had an abortion. I was scared and didn’t know what to do. I only told 3 people. My mom, my best friend, and my boyfriend. It was a terrifying experience. Now there’s a girl at school. She has a little bump and rumors started going around about her being pregnant. I never really liked this girl. But my friends (not knowing that I was pregnant at one point) wanted me to sneak a pregnancy test into her cheer bag and tell her we’d have a baby shower for her. I asked why would we do that? ( they hate her). They said “So we can make fun of her!” Seeing as a couple of years ago I was in her shoes I could NEVER do that. But I can’t tell my friends why I can’t.

I overheard her talking to her best friend about how she doesn’t know what to do and she’s scared. And her mom can’t find out.

Me and this girl never really talk even though we have classes together and are on the same cheer team. I just don’t want her to be scared like I was. Should I say something to let her know if she needs anything she can come to me or should I just let it go since it isn’t my business?
