Mom asking me for money

I hate when I get some money my mom's always wants to be buddy buddy and ask me for money. We don't have a close relationship at all. Mind you I just turned 16 and dont have a job yet. My dad just gave me my birthday money ($80). I spent 40 at an African festival. She comes up to me at the festival asking for $20. Like your a grown woman and shouldn't be asking your youngest daughter for money. Now she says she doesn't have gas to take me to school, but she has gas to go to work everyday. Reasons like this is why I don't want to associate with her when I'm grown. She's petty.
