SUPER HEAVY PERIOD

Ok so I am 14 years old and I've been having my period almost every two weeks first it was 13 days in between then 14 and this time 18 it alternates being super heavy (bleeding through regular tampon in 1 hr) to super light as to where if and only if I wanted to wear one pad for my whole period I could so today I didn't have school but I do tomorrow and it will be my 3rd day of my period it has been very heavy today does anyone know how to make it lighter or make it go by faster? Please help it's so hard to handle this much blood
