How do you know if you had sex when drunk?

This is embarrassing but I was really drunk on Saturday night and can't remember the whole night. A guy I made out with once before took me back to my place but I don't remember him bringing me back. I just remember parts of the night like him fingering me, me giving him a blowjob (I don't know if he came), and asking if he had a condom and him saying no (I don't remember why I asked). I'm not very experienced and have only had sex once so I'm not sure what the signs are that you did. I'm scared we might've but I don't remember. He also helped me change my sheets that were wet but he said that was from me and there was a tiny spot of blood. Please don't judge me I'm just scared.
