excercise after IUD insertion
I got an IUD today(my first) and was just informed that I have a ruck march tomorrow (military and no idea how many miles)
i don't have kids and had to be dilated. so I'm in pain right now and meds are only kinda helping and the bleeding is almost like a period.
should I even attempt to fight this fight or just go ahead and do it?
