Can I be pregnant?

I am 17 years old and my boyfriend is 18 and 2 weeks ago we had unprotected sex. It was the day after my last day of ovulation. I am not on any birth control. He peed before the sex, pulled out way before he had the need to cum (there might have been pre-cum) and I took a plan b but 3 days after. What is the chance I can be pregnant? Would I be having symptoms at 2 weeks? If so what kind?
