I failed to lose weight
I planned on starting my diet a couple weeks ago and I completely failed I'm upset with myself. I mainly failed because I couldn't get meals together like I got eggs and bacon (for keto) and that's all, I was at the store and I was stumped so I failed I'm so disappointed. I just want to be baby ready and happy with my body. Anyone have meals suggestions? I really want to start this keto lifestyle but I'm failing hard:(
