What was this?

I was and still am having really bad cramps and I thought I had to possibly number 2 so I went to the bathroom but I didn’t have too. I stood up and something caught my attention in the toilet. It looked bean like one part of it was clear and the other red with some blood clot like stuff still attached to it. I tried to get it out of the toilet but it wasn’t exactly working out and I wasn’t able to get a picture of it. I didn’t get to see it too clearly because I didn’t have my glasses or contacts in. What is this?
