Symptoms after miscarriage

Hey everyone i just went through my first miscarriage on feb 1. I passed a big clot which I believe was the baby . i went to the hospital on feb. 3 for excessive bleeding and got confirmed by ultrasound that there was no baby in me anymore and my hcg levels measured around the 500’s which where considered very low. I am still currently bleeding but it is not heavy maybe like a light period you could say. While i was still pregnant i really did have symptoms just sore breast and sometimes feeling out of breath. All this week i have been feeling all sorts of symptoms like sore breast, light headed, morning nausea, all day nausea, cravings, bloating, sometimes constipated, sensitive smell, twinges, fatigue/sleepiness, vivid dreams. Is this normal?? To feel all this? I know its just been a week since i passed the baby but is it normal to gain symptoms afterwards?? I was supposed to be 8 weeks lmp but a week before the miscarriage the sac only measured to be about 3/4 weeks wasnt even able to see the baby so i guessed it stopped growing early on
