Sex after mirena???

Hello, I had my mirena removed two days ago, with complications. I almost had to be sent to the OR to get it removed. It was displaced and would not come out. They ended up having to go through my cervix into my uterus, while using a ultrasound, and pull it out. They had to try a couple of times (talk about painful) I did start bleeding a bit too much. However I am wondering how long I need to wait to have sex. I am still having some cramping and bleeding -although it has decreased drastically!
