Pregnancy

I had unprotected sex, well we started off with the condom but he took it off because he says he couldn’t cum with it on. This was the same night he took my virginity and I didn’t know it was so easy to get pregnant. I have missed my period and just had spotting. I have crazy small cramps and headaches oh yeah and terrible nausea. I turn 18 soon but im not yet so any ideas?
