IUD Migration
I had a CT scan done recently to check on some things in my stomach. While conducting the scan my doctor realized my Mirena IUD has migrated. I found out this information Friday night and can’t see my gynecologist till Monday.
My strings still seem to be in place. I occasionally feel a dull pain down there.
Has anyone else experienced their IUD migrating? For those of you that have experienced this, how does it get put back in place? What should I expect when I go to my gyno? Could this hurt me or my chances of ever conceiving in the future?
