Hormonal or not
I have a turbulent history with birth control. I have a hard time keeping up with pills (though they really helped with the symptoms of my bad ones) and I had nuva ring for a few months but it threw me so emotionally out of whack (i had NO sex drive and i was so emotionally volatile that it really strained my relationship) I want to talk to my doctor about getting an IUD.
