Birth control and sex

So I'm on birth control and this is my second month in it, I usually take it on time and correctly although in the first month there were a few times I didn't. I had sex today and the condom ripped and when I asked if he pulled out he said "like half way". So I know he came inside me and I'm kind of stressing because I'm really not trying to get pregnant
