Earlier this year I was the heaviest I ever have been now I'm only 17 but still it's not a good feeling. I was over 200 pounds probably around 220 (was too scared to step on a scale, if I didn't see the number then it didn't exist). Over the summer I lost a little over 10 pounds and then I did a challenge. I was working out daily, eating clean, and seeing the weight come off. I felt good. By the end of the challenge I was around 180. I stopped working out eventually and went back to my old eating habits but was also eating better in a way. I thankfully stayed within 10ish pounds of the weight I finished the challenge at. I am now trying to keep losing the weight 1. For me and to make me happy.

2. I need to fit into the prom dress that I bought in early January. They only had it in a 14 and I'm a 16 in dresses. I am in love with this dress.
