Breast reduction and Breastfeeding

When I was maybe 16/17, I got a breast reduction. I was a 38DDD wearing 2 bras. I had headaches out this world and I still have the indents from the weight of them. Anywho, so I got a breast reduction, not thinking much of later in life of the effects of breastfeeding 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ After, I had little to no sensation to my breast. So when I had my first child my milk didn’t come in right away but they did after like 3-5 days . It wasn’t much. But it was something. I’m pregnant now and I can feel everything in my nipples. But I am worried that I won’t or can’t produce enough milk.
