Need help!

Hi ladies, I need your help so I had a mmc I was 11w5 days baby stopped growing at 5w6days I had my blood draw three weeks ago and it was 12,000 dropped from 23,000 but still high, my midwife said when the bleeding starts it should drop quicker. So the bleeding started 2weeks 1 day ago. I just took an opk and it was a solid smiley. Now I was using these to check when I was pregnant and always showed a solid smiley so I was just wondering am I actually ovulating or do I still have hcg left over? :-( xx
