Bf says our relationship is rusty

I honestly thought everything was ok but he sat me down & said he feels like there’s some rusty parts of our relationship. I Asked like where? & he said for one the romance department. Maybe I’ve gotten too comfortable idk. I’m not big on kissing or saying I love u all the time but we’ve been together for 6yrs so he knows this. What are some things I can do to be more romantic?
