Valentine's day and new love

I had the best day of my life yesterday, yannow when a planned day has the potential to go horribly wrong when I woke up and saw the rain I was a little worried but I was so wrong to be, me and my boyfriend went to a petting zoo in the morning and we got to cuddle baby bugs and feed goats and hold a teenie tiny duckling we packed a picnic but due to the rain we ate when we got back, and we watched his favourite film as I'd never seen it, he gifted me two books that he loves and I did the same to him we spent the evening at our usual Wednesday society meet up then went to mine, I made dinner and we drank wine and just talked all night about the things we love and our fears and worries and art and literature just everything it was the best day of my life. and I hope I never forget it
