Rudeness is so annoying 😡😑

So I’m 17 and this is my first pregnancy. BUT even I know that all pregnant woman can have different sized stomach and show faster, or slower depending on how their body is. But it seems like everyone thinks all pregnant women have to be a certain size at a certain time. I’m 7 months pregnant but I’ve had over 10 experiences where teachers and janitors have came up to me, touched my stomach and asked how far along I am and when I tell them I’m 7 months they get all wide eyed like I’m the biggest pregnant lady they’ve ever seen. And they ask “are you sure ur not having twins?” Like it’s not bad enough that they’ve embarrassed me but now made me feel extremely fat. I must look like a fucking wale to everybody. I WOULD KNOW if I had 2 babies inside me. Also my midwife says I’m completely average for 7 months so why must every teacher and janitor in the school act like I’m too big or that my baby must weigh 5 pounds already? Am I that big?
