omgggg

so I posted yesterday about the contractions I've been having but didn't get much feedback so I'm posting again with more detail, today I'm 38 weeks, I haven't had any sex this last week just been active and walking alot, my contractions started around 3-4 pm yesterday lasting like 20 sec/ 2 mins, accompanied by horrible back and chest pains, the contractions arent too strong and my hospital is an hour away, has this happened to anyone else and just been nothing ? and no I'm not dehydrated I know that for sure . TIA !!!
