I felt her at 12wk, my husband and our son felt her at 14wks. Same with our son. I’m extremely small so the smallest of movement have been felt. She hasn’t stopped moving. She keeps me up at night with all her squirming and now at almost 28wks I have no room left and she kicks my ribs and diaphragm.🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Every woman is different. It depends on uterus, placenta placement, prior weight, and genetics.
