Life and it’s struggles

Finding out that the people who had told you they would support you taking it back when the time comes is a lot worse than a knife in the back for me.

About 8 years ago I found out my mother used my name for credit to buy my younger brother a PlayStation, some type of game boy thing and some shoes and clothes for herself one Christmas. I found this out about two years after it happened.

When I found out about it, it was by seeing the letter come through the door in my name. Ot was like a final demand from the creditor. (I was living with her at the time). So all hear letters received beforehand she had been hiding.

I confronted her. She apologised and said “oh I must have used the wrong details”. Said she would deal with it. That was the end of it. Or so I thought...

A few more years later I had already moved out into London with my then partner and a letter came through the door from a debt collection agency wanting his Money. When I called them and they told me what it was I was furious! It was the same account and had not been paid. So I explained it to them. Gave them my mother’s details; I’m talking name, address, phone number. U name it. I gave it. They said they will sort it.

I have now just had bailiffs contact me for some warrant issued for his dam account!! It’s like 5 years later now! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Originally I was trying to avoid having to go to the police to ensure it was removed from my credit report by confronting her. Now look?
