Ladies, can you see it at all???

So I started working out in August-ish. I fell off and stopped for a whole three months but dieted here and there. The past 4 weeks I’ve been staying eating clean and doing yoga, going to the gym, going to the beach, reading, overall trying to have a healthier lifestyle!!!!!! What Do you think? Can you see it or am I fooling myself. I think Theres atleast a tiny bit of change. I’m on my period in the second pic as well (which is today right now)..... anyways I’m eating a low fat diet (keto never worked for me and I’m vegetarian) and trying to have a small calorie deficit. Any other fitness advise you could give me? I’m trying to slim down more before my breast reduction in April. (There are many reasons for this breast reduction so please be nice ❤️)
