It gets hard
I stopped working out and using a trainer in 2017. But I’ve noticed cellulite on my thighs. And Bc has made me gain some unwanted weight.
I started stretching and working out at home. And I’m the third day today, I’m so sore! Lol I can’t walk straight I can’t stand the pain.
I know not to give up. But today I couldn’t smh should I count today as my Rest day? And should I now take every 4th day off? Thanks
