HELP!

Okay so my period ended on Sunday and then yesterday(Monday) I woke up and went to the bathroom and noticed it hurt when I peed. It then started to become itchy in and around my vagina. I went on with my day and then on my next bathroom break I noticed there was brown stuff in my underwear. Sort of like a brown discharge? I thought maybe it could be leftover blood from my period but it wasn’t that dark. Today (Tuesday) It’s itchy and feels hot and it burns when I itch it. The brown stuff is there again....please help me. What could this be?
