His will says if something happens to me and him, his money and everything goes to his mother. 

The thing is, I want our babies to go to my parents (which I will for sure get that in a will) if something happens to us.  

The issue is, I want his insurance money to go to my parents, because they will be the ones taking care of our babies and I know they will make sure the money goes to all of the kids equally (my step kids and my babies). I don't trust his mother to make sure the kids get what they are entitled too. She's a druggie and alcoholic, along with most of his family. While my family is very responsible and stable.

How can I ask him to switch it over without telling him it's because I don't trust his mom.  Advice please!!
