You don't have it!!

Y'all in so sick of people self diagnosing all the freaking time. Like you feel sad, not clinical depression. You like things orderly, not clinical OCD. You have some tummy problems, not IBS. You have a headache, not chronic migranes. You feel stressed, not an anxiety disorder. I'm 100% not saying you shouldn't talk to your doctor or get checked out for any of these things, but if you're doctor says you don't have it, 99% of the time you DONT HAVE IT!!! And im not saying you cant say I'm a little OCD, or feeling depressed, or whatever but please don't self diagnose and then decide thats what it is. As a person who has a chronic disease which has high rates of comorbidity with other disease I just really want y'all to stop and take a second and think about how claiming you have a disease when you don't affects those who actually have that disease. Which can range from something as small as hurting their feelings, to having them questioned by every doctor they see because your disease is the "in" disease right now ans people keep claiming they have it when they dont. So if you think you have a disease, mental or physical, see a damn doctor and don't self diagnose.
