Saving breastmilk from an offered bottle?

Question

So please read, I know that I cannot refeed unfinished milk from a bottle due to bacteria. My question is can I save milk for a milk bath from a bottle my daughter didn’t even drink an ounce of? I would obviously mark it and save it in a different part of the freezer. Is it worth it? It’s a lot of work for me to pump that much and I hate the idea of dumping my hard work down the drain.

I refeed all the time , if she doesn’t finish her bottle I simply put I️t back in the fridge . She’s perfectly healthy 🤷🏽‍♀️

As long as you wash/sterilize the nipple you can most certainly refeed! No sense in wasting that liquid gold! 🙂

You are correct in stating that you cannot refeed once babies mouth with bacteria touches the nipple and contaminates the milk but yes, you can certainly save it for a milk bath! 😊
