Aspirin does
I usually take 3 regular tablets (~325 mg)of Aspirin for my period cramps but could only find the 81 mg tablets at the moment. I took 11 of them, they’re pretty interchangeable right? Or am I gonna drop dead in my sleep...? 🧐🤔
