with my first, I hardly showed at 15w... With my 2nd I'm 4w1d and without bloating I've got small pouch...

you wouldn't show at 4 weeks no matter how many babies you've had. the baby is just waaaaaaaay too small for the uterus to stretch out that much yet.

You do show sooner after your first, but at 4 weeks it’s still just bloat, baby is a teeny tiny dot that won’t even be seen yet on an ultrasound. You might not feel bloated but that’s what it is at 4 weeks whether it’s your second or third or anything else.

I'm on my 4th pregnancy and pretty much from the time I find out...I start to show. I get what you are saying. At 4 weeks it is bloat and body prepping for the baby to grow. :)

Generally women show earlier with any pregnancy after the first. Because the uterus has already been stretched from the previous pregnancy. So yes, you could be showing.
