Not great for you. Too much salt. But if you balance it with lots of water you’ll be fine. Just don’t eat JUST ramen.

i used to crave those when i was pregnant. my husband would throw the seasoning packets away and wed use other spices to lessen the sodium intake

I craved ramen in the in my first trimester but I know its really high in sodium so I added less water and only put half of the powder packet to lower the sodium intake.

I craved the crap out of them and would eat them like probably way too much in the beginning.
