okay so i’m stupid HELP

my boyfriend and i had sex twice friday i am on the pill but i was supposed to be having my period we had sex both times without condoms he pulled out (i know dumb). the next day three times with a condom , the next day twice without. then i took five birth control pills because i was worried and i looked it up online and it said it could prevent me from getting pregnant. then today sex without a condom. he hasn’t came in me but we know there’s probably a big chance because so many times. my period is all messed up now and i’m extremely stressed and i feel really sad and upset. i’m so worried and i feel so stupid i hate myself i just need some advice or some kinda support i am young so i am probably pretty stupid but please
