Confused

So I had my period jan 26- feb1 & then It came again a day after I got fingered for the first time which was feb 14-19 . I lost my virginity feb 26 & had sex 5-6 times since then . My period was supposed to come March 12th but it never did & now it’s 8 days late . I took a preg test cause I was scared even tho it’s probably too early & It was negative what should I do? when should I take another one?
