Husband needs alone time?

My husband has recently been expressing to me that he “needs his alone time”. Which I totally understand and support! BUT how much is too much?

I just feel so neglected because he works all day (I work from home) and then he literally just wants to do his own thing for hours after he gets home. In my mind, I get all my stuff done during the day so whenever he gets home we can spend time together. We have been married for two years. I know he loves me a lot and he doesn’t treat me bad I just hate that I have to beg him to stop having his alone introvert time to hangout with me... 😩

ALSO - this “alone time” mainly consists of him playing Xbox with his friends which annoys the hell out of me. I feel like he’s addicted but he doesn’t see it that way. He plays until 4AM some days. Help!!!!
