Late?

So I stopped BC end of January.. I had withdrawal bleeding four days after for four days then about two weeks later I had a period.. which was feb 20-24.. my app is estimating my cycle to be 25 days but before I was a regular 28 day.. regardless this would be day 30 and i still haven’t started?? and all hpt are negative so far.. didn’t test this morning but will try again tomorrow morning.. light cramping

Your uterus is probably still trying to thicken and periods trying to normalize. When I got off I had a BC driven period, the next month a fairly normal (super heavy) period, then I had like 5 days of intermittent spotting the following month. It had me thinking it was implantation bleeding because it was so light. But when I had my next period, it made sense to call that spotting my period for that month. BC makes your uterus so thin that it takes awhile for things to normalize and be thick enough to implant and fertilized egg. Ive has a hard time with not getting pregnant as quickly as I was hoping for, but knowing that my uterine lining will be that much more prepared to hold a pregnancy has helped me feel better about the wait.
