Please help :(
I was put on birth control pretty young to help with period cramps and long periods. I stopped taking my BC last month as my husband & I are TTC. I started my first period without BC yesterday and since I have been miserable. Cramps are AWFUL. Super heavy bleeding..
What can I do to help with this? BC helps but I can't take it and get pregnant 😔😔
