Just yesterday I was telling my cousin who’s pregnant with her 2nd (her first is the same age as mine) that my husband and I started trying this month but that after getting a negative test and what seemed to be the start of AF, I was actually kind of relieved. Relieved because while my son was sick with pneumonia this week, it scared me to think I’d have two babies to care for and how hard it’d be.

Well tonight I became suspicious of AF because it was now day 2 of light spotting but no actual full on period. So I decided to use my last test, mostly expecting to see a bfn.

Lo and behold, BFP!

Fun tidbit: I found out I was having DS on Christmas Day and now it’s possible I’ll have baby brother or sister on Christmas Day (or hubby’s birthday on the 28th!) 😍
