Similar stories ending in pregnancy?

My partner and I have been TTC baby number 3 for 2 months and I am convinced I’m pregnant.

My fertile window was 6th-11th March, ovulated on the 10th roughly, we had sex everyday that week and 3 times on the 10th. I was due on my period 24th/25th but I started spotting on the 16th, very light pink and then after 2 days it got redder and heavier but no where near as heavy as my normal period and I had terrible back ache which I never have with period, it lasted for 5/6 days but was “heaviest for 2 days and then was just pinky then brown. On the 16th I had cramping, hot flushes, headache and terrible mood swings which lasted until I spotted.

I took that as an early period, which is strange because I’m never early, especially by a week. But now I’m at the time when my period should have been here, my boobs have swollen and are so heavy and are getting achey. I was convinced we’d conceived up until my spotting for redder and heavier. I took a test yesterday and saw a very very faint pink line that later faded but I could still slightly see it, but partner couldn’t. Have any ladies experienced this or similar and been pregnant.
