Any advice?

I’m 11 weeks pregnant or so I thought. Last night I started to bleed and was told it was nothing to worry about. Today I went to the hospital and was taken for a scan and was told my baby was only measuring 8 weeks or so with no heart beat. I’m absolutely heartbroken had anyone got any sort of advice that could maybe help with the way I’m feeling? Feel like I’m in a black pit😪 currently bleeding on and off but I’m in agony has anyone had the surgery they offer to remove the baby? Because the heart beat stopped a few weeks ago they are worried about leaving it to nature because I’ve not miscarried properly yet.
