On progesterone, I think I’m having another miscarriage..

When I used the bathroom this morning I wiped and had this

I’m pretty sure is the gestational sac, right?It looks and feels similar to last time, only smaller. I had no bleeding or cramps or back pain like last time, but I’m also on progesterone this time around. I know my doctor will have me come in first thing Monday morning, since the office is closed today. I was just starting to let myself get excited. I feel lost and just don’t know what to do or how to feel right now.
