I'm just super excited because I've done clean eating and exercised in the past and have seen a little change but I'm older now and my metabolism is changing so I don't have the luxury of just eating and never gaining a pound. The top pick is the biggest that I've ever been and I'm really not here to brag/boast because I know that naturally Im not even considered "big" or "fat" but when you start to notice the effects of eating crappy, you feel sloppy and heavy so I'm really proud of myself finally getting things on track and making an overall change and I just really wanted to share this but didn't have an appropriate place to post it lol
