keep cat?

So I'm moving into a new place, I work from 8am, to 10pm Monday through Friday, and I'm usually doing something on the weekends. I've been taking care of this cat for a few months, she's really really sweet and cuddly, and well behaved. I never named her and haven't found her owners...i like her but I don't know if it's the right time I'm my life for a pet...and if have to sneak her from my new landlords which doesn't seem responsible. I have a few people Interested in taking her...but I'll miss her. I'm torn...what would you do?
