My anxiety is me nail biting. No matter how short they are. Only thing that stops me is acrylic fake nails with pretty paint/design. Then I don’t bite them.

I get a clear nail polish and cut up about half a clove of garlic & put it in and I let it sit for a day and apply it on your nails. Garlic is good to make them grow and when you want to bite them you'll smell the garlic & it'll make you not bite them no more I tried for a month and they grew alot!
