Urgh feel like the worst mummy!!

I was letting my son play on the floor crawling about, playing with toys. I turned my head for a second literally to sort through his draws and that was it the screaming, crying I turned to find my sons head stuck under his cot!! My heart dropped and I panicked, the only thing I come to think was "I need to get him out" it was all so fast I pulled him out his head was stuck. I manged to get him out! 😩 his head red on one side and a Mummy who now feels terrible! I could have lifted the cot and pulled him out that way but because he was screaming and hurting it all happened too fast I couldn't think and just pulled his poor head out! I ended up crying with him, cuddling him for a good 5/10 minutes and he fell asleep on my chest! He's fine I just feel awful 😩 This is him 10 minutes after what happened.
