Weight Loss Tips?

I've always struggled with my appearance. It's to the point where now I hate looking at myself in the mirror. My boyfriend tells me I'm beautiful but I just don't believe him anymore and now I don't want to have sex with my boyfriend because I don't have any confidence in myself 😔 I am trying to work on bettering myself though. I am 5'3" and I weigh 227 pounds. I've recently lost ~15lbs watching what I eat/drink but (obviously) I need to lose more. I am slowly getting into the routine of working out but does anybody else have any helpful tips?
